Watch Winder Care Guide

Watch winder care

Attention

Before installing or removing the watch, please make sure that the watch winder is in the stop position.

Turning it off briefly when removing your watch is recommended to minimize wear and tear on the motor.

For winder product with fingerprint feature such as Fusion series, Enigma series, and Maja series, we recommend to charge the fingerprint at least once a month. Aim for a monthly charging session to keep it at its peak performance.

*Don’t overcharge, we recommend to charge the fingerprint at least for 1 or 2 hours.

Keeping your watch winder dust-free is crucial for its health and the well-being of your precious timepieces.

Here are some friendly suggestions to keep the winder’s body & glass looking its best:

  1. First things first, unplug your winder for safety.
  2. Grab a dry microfiber cloth and gently wipe away any dust or fingerprints in winders glass using cleaning liquid.
  3. For stubborn stains like glue, you can also use eucalyptus oil to clean the winders body.
  4. Once the glass is clean, use a dry microfiber cloth to buff it to a sparkling shine.

*Avoid using tissues or paper towels as they can leave scratches.

To ensure the fingerprint of Jarwique/Trinity/Portfolio watch box keeps your timepieces ticking and your identity secure, Aim for a convenient recharge session every two weeks to maintain its optimal performance.

*Don’t overcharge the fingerprint, maximum 2-hour charge.

For the owner of In-Safe product with purchase period before July 2023, we recommend to do convenient charge session, once in a month for max. 2 hours to maintain its optimal performance.
